Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
- Document care and communicate with the care team
- Provide a caring environment for client(s)
Training & Development
- We offer step-by-step training
- Open-door training policy – request additional training any time
- Ongoing support to help you become a confident and skilled caregiver
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to use smart phone and web-based applications
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
