- 4Ever Young Princeton is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Master Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team. We are looking for a skilled provider who is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while building lasting relationships through education, personalized treatment plans, and outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate has advanced injectable skills, strong facial assessment expertise, and the ability to confidently recommend comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to understand each patient's goals and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
- Botox® and other neurotoxin injections
- Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of facial balancing techniques and full-face rejuvenation.
- Recommend and sell complementary aesthetic treatments, including:
- SkinPen® Microneedling
- Sculptra®
- Dermal Fillers
- Medical-grade skincare products
- Educate patients on procedures, expected results, recovery, post-treatment care, and potential side effects.
- Provide exceptional follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal treatment outcomes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that support both immediate and long-term aesthetic goals.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Participate in community events, educational seminars, and marketing initiatives as needed.
QualificationsRequired
- Active RN/NP/PA license to practice in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing aesthetic injectables.
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care.
- Extensive experience performing Botox, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers.
- Proven success recommending and selling aesthetic treatment plans.
- Experience with SkinPen Microneedling, Sculptra, PRP, regenerative aesthetics, and medical-grade skincare.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical excellence.
