As a Resident Assistant you will provide supervision for residents and function as a member of the support team. You will provide a clean, safe, and social environment for the tenants. The Resident Assistant also provides personal and supportive cares to the tenants under the supervision and guidance of the Coordinator and the RN, in accordance with the plan of care. Resident Assistant's receive a competitive wage, plus shift differential and have the opportunity for regular reviews with the potential for wage increases.
