We are looking for an upbeat energetic bartender/server to join our current Brew Crew at Creek Bottom Brewing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present restaurant menus and advise on food and beverage choices
- Take and serve orders
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Prepare and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Complete cleaning checklist prior to end of shift
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent customer experience
- May fill in as host(ess)/expeditor when needed
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Bartender & Server
- Relevant training certificate
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Work Remotely
Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
