Full Job Description
Genesis Recovery and Wellness of Ohio is actively interviewing applicants for the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role at our program located in Lima, Ohio. We have BHT openings available with 2nd and 3rd shift availability.
The Behavioral Health Technician is an essential part of our team that supports the clinical staff in maintaining a therapeutic community by performing routinely assigned tasks and carrying out client care activities (ADLS, meal monitoring, urine drug screening, and documentation of basic client information). May include client transportation to and from clinical building, 12 step NA and AA recovery meetings, gym etc...
- Positions offering 8 hour shifts for BHTs – 4pm – 12pm, 12pm - 8am
- Full time and per diem positions available for Nightshift
- Night Shift $0.35 shift differential
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is preferred.
- Maintains current safe driving record.
- No Driver license required for night shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Range $16 - $19 based on experience
