You'll connect with households across the valley, lead sales conversations about internet and connectivity solutions, and manage accounts that bring reliable fiber to local families. Every account the Entry Level Account Representative manages matters; each one represents a family gaining access to dependable connectivity.
As an Entry Level Account Representative, you will handle in-person sales discussions with residents, deliver clear account information, and support families through service activations and account setup. The Entry Level Account Representative will be trained on current promotions and sales fundamentals to ensure each account matches the right plan for daily use.

- Use simple questions to recommend Kinetic Fiber plans that balance speed, reliability, and value, supporting natural sales conversations.

- Complete sales enrollment steps and account updates accurately to support smooth onboarding and clean sales documentation.
