We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Nurse Aide Instructor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals by delivering engaging instruction, supervising clinical practice, and ensuring educational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise, teaching experience, and a commitment to fostering diverse student success in a vibrant learning environment.
Primary Instructor Requirements:
- RN Requirement: 1600 hours in long term care, home health or geriatric department or for LPN Requirement: 3200 hours in long term care
- A letter of verification of hours will need to be submitted upon hiring
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations related to educational compliance.
- Experience working with post-secondary students in higher education environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of healthcare education standards related to documentation review, clinical instruction, and educational regulation compliance.
