Introduction
We are seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established automotive repair shop in Applegate, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced diagnostic technician looking for consistent work, an hourly pay plan, and a supportive team environment. With a shop booked 2–4 weeks in advance, you'll have a steady workflow while working alongside a team that values quality repairs, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles.
- Complete quality control inspections to help ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time.
- Assist with shop workflow and dispatching as needed.
- Perform light-duty diesel repairs or participate in hands-on diesel training.
- Document repair findings and communicate effectively with the service team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems.
- Experience working on Asian and Domestic vehicles.
- Consistently maintains approximately 75% or greater productivity.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career.
