Qualifications
You hold and maintain a current Cosmetology/Barber license
You are capable of leading the salon team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon volume
You can manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior, safety, customer appointments, and customer feedback
You can schedule receptionists and hairstylists to ensure adequate coverage for the customers and for the salon
You can manage recruiting efforts that meet mandatory licensing and Pigtails & Crewcuts requirements
You are capable of monitoring salon supplies, retail, and equipment including ordering new stock as needed
You would ensure that the salon is clean, well-maintained, and ready to pass the Pigtails & Crewcuts quality assurance program
You are passionate in delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience
You are a professional, warm, caring, honest, and a positive thinker
