Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a mid-level Program Manager to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Arlington, Virginia. We estimate the award will be made later this year.
The Program Manager will oversee execution of DARPA Adaptive Capabilities Office (ACO) Advisory and Assistance Services support activities, including program operations, staffing oversight, acquisition support coordination, and quality assurance management. This role will support high-visibility research and development activities and ensure continuity of mission-critical support services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective plans for overall contract management, contract administration, security and training and quality assurance.
- Six (6) years of experience providing regulatory compliance and approval of all contract related expenses.
- Experience planning, directing and coordinating the work activity of all personnel involved in all aspects of the contract and integrating problem resolution into ongoing work.
- At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity supporting major research and development efforts for defense organizations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to provide a signed Letter of Intent.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior DARPA or DoD R&D program support experience.
- Experience supporting TS/SCI environments.
- Experience managing advisory and assistance services contracts.
- Familiarity with acquisition lifecycle management and transition planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee execution of all contract support activities.
- Manage staffing, retention, onboarding, and surge support activities.
- Coordinate financial, acquisition, administrative, and technical support functions.
- Ensure quality standards and performance metrics are achieved.
- Coordinate with DARPA leadership, COR, and Government stakeholders.
- Support transition planning and operational continuity.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $95,000 to $125,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
