RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies, and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
- Input information into scheduling software for accurate estimating
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Communicate professionally in English
- REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 100% drug-free
- Experience as a mover or in moving, general labor, delivery driver, package delivery driver, transit bus driver, construction, or warehouse helpful
