Launch Your Career in Clinical Research
Are you passionate about patient care and looking for a career where you'll continue learning and growing?
Clinical Research Philadelphia (CRP) is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. If you have strong phlebotomy skills, enjoy working directly with patients, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in clinical research.

We intentionally hire motivated people with strong patient care skills and train them from the ground up. Our structured onboarding program, mentorship, and technology-driven workflows are designed to help you succeed—even if you've never worked in clinical research before.
At CRP, we're looking for attitude over experience. We can teach clinical research. We can't teach curiosity, kindness, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
