We are looking for a prudent part-time property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of Pike Place at 107 N Pike St, New Carlisle, OH. The apartment complex has 51 units and the property manager will work on-site for 3 hours a day Monday - Friday, and 5 hours on Saturday (20 hours per week). The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of 107 N Pike Street
- Collect and deposit rents from tenants
- Keep track of revenue and expenses each month
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate leases with new and existing tenants in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Post eviction notices
- Attend and represent at eviction hearings
- Handle tenant issues
- Show potential tenants available units.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Update job and market knowledge
Skills
- At least 2 years work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
