What You’ll Bring:
- Valid Florida ESE Teacher license
- Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged learners, especially in a special education setting
- Commitment to differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom strategies
- Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to a caseload of approximately 15 fourth-grade students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the special education team and families
- Foster students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through tailored lesson planning and evidence-based strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjusting instructional techniques to maximize achievement
- Maintain documentation and regular communication with parents, guardians, and school team members
