Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated, IICRC-certified Water Remediation Technician to join our restoration team. You’ll be the first responder to water damage emergencies—mitigating losses, drying out structures, and helping clients recover from stressful situations with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
- Document job progress using moisture readings and photos
- Communicate effectively with property owners and project managers.
- Follow IICRC standards and company procedures.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the job site.
- Be available for after-hours or emergency calls as needed.
Requirements:
- IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification – Required
- 1+ year of experience in water mitigation or restoration
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Bonus If You Have:
- Additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, etc.)
- Construction or demolition experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
