Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate with a passion for running, lifestyle, and community. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers find the right products, supporting daily retail operations, and representing La Byci at community events and activations.
The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, stays up to date with running products and trends, and is excited to help grow Miami's running community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Develop strong knowledge of running footwear, apparel, nutrition, and accessories.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Process sales, returns, exchanges, and POS transactions accurately.
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Assist with online order fulfillment and in-store pickups.
- Support customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Participate in community runs, brand activations, demos, and store events.
- Create basic social media content during events and daily store activities.
- Stay informed on new product launches and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain an outstanding shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Passion for running, fitness, and lifestyle brands.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of running footwear and apparel is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive, team-first mindset.
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and community events.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
- Experience with Shopify POS is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
