Under the supervision of the Food Service Director, responsible for preparation, set-up, and serving meals to residents at the Nursing Home.
Duties require knowledge equivalent to completion of one to two years of high school. Proficiency to become competent in the essential responsibilities takes up to three months. Knowledge of proper hygiene and sanitation techniques for food preparation and distribution.
