The District Manager oversees the performance, operations, and teams of a group of retail locations across the US. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role: you will spend most of your time in stores — coaching Store Managers, driving sales and operational excellence, and providing on-the-ground training and support for new store openings. Frequent travel across the country and to new store sites is a core part of the job.

Set, monitor, and hold stores accountable to key KPIs — sales, labor, shrink, conversion, and customer experience.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational, visual merchandising, inventory, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.

Partner with HQ teams (Operations, HR, Merchandising, Marketing) to roll out initiatives, promotions, and process improvements across your district.

Manage district labor and expense budgets; optimize scheduling and payroll to maximize results.

Champion a customer-first culture and a consistent brand experience across all locations.

Handle escalations, loss prevention, and store-level issue resolution promptly and professionally.
- 3+ years of retail management experience. Multi-store or district experience is a plus — strong single-store or multi-unit managers ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

Cosmetic / beauty retail or specialty retail experience preferred.

Experience opening, supporting, or training new store teams is a plus.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide, across multiple states and to store locations — heavy travel is required.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store teams.

Comfortable working with retail KPIs, scheduling, and labor management.

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to juggle multiple priorities across locations.

Based in or near Dallas, TX (or able to relocate), and able to travel nationwide as the business requires.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
