Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages, with a particular focus on pediatrics. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans that promote effective communication skills and enhance overall quality of life. Experience in supervision of clinical fellows and pediatric feeding a plus!

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient progress.
- Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families about speech disorders and the therapy process.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and/or a Clinical Fellow.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech production.
- Experience or familiarity with early intervention strategies is preferred.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology.
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs effectively.
- Experience working in school settings, pediatric feeding experience, and/or experience supervising Clinical Fellows is a plus.
