We are seeking a highly qualified Oilfield Safety Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in oil & gas safety operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HSE programs, leading field safety initiatives, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across drilling, completions, production, and construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce company HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
- Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Provide training and coaching to field personnel and leadership teams
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with operations to promote a proactive safety culture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable oilfield HSE experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and industry best practices
- Experience with incident reporting systems and safety management programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PEC, Safeland, OSHA courses, First Aid/CPR) preferred
