Grain Integrative Health provides comprehensive interventional primary care with an emphasis on innovative treatment. Our clinicians enjoy our collaborative and professional culture, and we offer the highest standard of care. Together with a diverse staff and naturopathic doctors, we provide compassionate care through a variety of interventional treatment options, referral to coordinating health facilities, and we help our patients realize progress towards their physical and mental health goals. As access to care is at the core of our mission, we are an insurance-based practice with convenient telehealth and in person services.
Responsibilities: Develop treatment plans, utilizing therapies based on evidenced-based standards of care and practice guidelines. Monitor and continuously improve patient outcomes. Provide timely and accurate charting (Charts signed within required 24 hours) of clinical encounters through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes. Screen patients for physical illness, as well as assess risk factors in patients for mental illness and broader wellness evaluations. Meet patients in office and/or via Telehealth HIPPA protected video call. Work with our doctors and support staff to ensure the quality of care for our patients' physical and mental wellness needs. Maintains documentation of services in our EMR program in a timely fashion. These records include service plans, progress notes, informed consent, treatment plan reviews, any records needed to meet third-party payor or governmental requirements, and any other documentation as needed.
Required Qualifications: Board-Certified ND. Current Valid Oregon (with Washington also preferred). Active or ability to gain a DEA license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interest in integrative, interventional, primary care with NatureCure treatment methods. Positive, flexible, and solution-focused. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Have an existing OR/WA state business license, in the process of obtaining a WA state business license or be willing to obtain a WA clinical license.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience although New graduates are welcome to apply for a mentorship/residency postion. Licensed in the state of Oregon Professional liability insurance with current or tail coverage. Prior experience in behavioral health including working with adolescent and adult populations. Proficient in mental health diagnostics, developing treatment plans, and medications management. Prefer applicants residing in Oregon State. Strong computer skills including fluency in electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Suite, and videoconferencing telehealth platforms. Primary Care, Generalist experience. Desire to become a part of a healthcare system community.
Typical Weekly Schedule: to be determined, flexible. Monday to Friday, any combination of days. Off Weekends Off Holidays
