Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and special events
Experience
- Previous experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments using excellent time management skills
- Experience serving diverse customer groups with excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals
- Knowledge of the food industry, beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails, and catering operations is advantageous
