We are a quality-driven electrical contractor seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman 01 Commercial Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently while overseeing an apprentice and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical work on commercial tenant improvements (T.I.s)
- Work on custom home remodels
- Install and wire standby generators
- Lead and mentor an apprentice on job sites
- Wire commercial kitchen hoods (preferred, but training available)
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and electrical schematics
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local code requirements
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
Requirements:
- Valid Washington State 01 Journeyman License (Required)
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience (Preferred)
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in crawlspaces as needed
Preferred Experience:
- Commercial kitchen hood systems
- Generator installations
- Residential and commercial remodels
