Job Description:
The Production & Manufacturing Associate supports daily manufacturing operations through product assembly, packaging, quality inspections, and material handling. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates are dependable team players who can collaborate effectively with coworkers and adapt to changing production needs.
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assembling products and components according to work instructions.
- Operating basic production equipment and hand tools.
- Inspecting products for quality and identifying defects.
- Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area.
- Maintaining inventory of production materials and supplies.
- Performing repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Following all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assisting in other manufacturing and warehouse-related duties as needed.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday / 6am-4:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
