At Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, you’re more than just a CNA — you’re a valued team member. We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, including 22 dedicated memory care beds, and we are looking for a passionate, dependable Memory Care CNA who wants to make a real difference.

Our memory care team works closely together to create a calm, respectful environment where residents feel safe and supported, and where caregivers feel appreciated and heard.
Care for residents using individualized care plans with dignity and compassion
Support residents in our memory care unit with patience, kindness, and understanding
Help create a warm, calm, and positive environment every shift
Work alongside a supportive nursing leadership team that values your input
Treat residents, families, and coworkers with professionalism and respect
Keep resident areas clean, safe, and organized
Show reliability through strong attendance and punctuality
Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Experience in memory care (required)
Current Kansas CNA certification
Current CPR for Health Care Providers
Dependable, teamoriented, and compassionate mindset
Strong time management skills
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
