Description
The Shift supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.
Requirements

One year or more previous management experience required.

Must be available to work weekends.
Duties/Responsibilities
-
Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and Chick-fil-A standards.

Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
-
Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
-
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
-
Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House.

Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members
-
Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

Maintain Proper Quality Parameters

Have excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements

Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently

Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
