Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Support catering events by preparing food in large quantities with attention to quality
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills during meal preparation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is preferred but not required
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience with catering, serving, or large-scale food service is advantageous
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for culinary arts with a focus on quality and presentation
