Goldwater Bank is looking for a self-starter who will share our community bank vision of professional personalized service, have a desire to make an impact and contribute to the success of our Bank. This position will be responsible for loan processing and documentation functions pertaining to commercial lending, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Understands complex commercial loan structure; to accurately determine loan processing and compliance requirements
- Orders and reviews third party due diligence items; entity certificate of good standings, title reports, flood certifications, UCC searches, insurance certificates and other reporting deemed necessary
- Effectively communicate with the client, the loan officer, third party vendors and other loan department staff to meet closing needs
- Maintains working knowledge of documentation requirements of commercial loans.
- Utilize Laser Pro to prepare loan documents
- Review attorney prepared loan documentation
- Coordinates loan closings and maintains checklist of required documents.
· Responsible for data input, next day reviews, electronic imaging and periodic audits of credit and collateral files.
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and has a working knowledge of loan compliance and regulations.
Candidates for this position must have: Minimum 3-year experience in a commercial lending environment, possess a strong understanding of commercial, residential, and consumer loan processing and documentation; must be proficient in Laser Pro; have the ability to operate a variety of office equipment; have strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Window Suite; exercise effective time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced office; have a strong commitment to customer service and a professional and effective interpersonal ability.
This is a full-time, in office position Monday - Friday
