Job Title: Supply Chain Management – Warehouse Role Team Leader
Job Description:
Perform Quality Control inspections, including pre-load shipment inspection, document completion, and photography. Ensure shipments are inspected in the staging area, assign trailer seal numbers, and report findings electronically to the offsite customs documentation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QC inspections of shipments before loading.
- Complete inspection documents and ensure accuracy.
- Take photographs for reporting purposes.
- Communicate inspection feedback electronically.
- Supervise and collaborate with warehouse personnel.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
- Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work.

- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
- Proficient in communication and technology.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
