Part-Time Leasing Agent (Weekends Required)
We are seeking an experienced, positive, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team and help create exceptional living experiences for our residents in a beautiful brand-new apartment community.
Position Summary
The Leasing Agent is responsible for driving occupancy, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of a residential apartment community. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, residential leasing experience, and a passion for resident satisfaction.
Commission program available based on performance
Subsidized on-site housing available if needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Real Estate License preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of residential property leasing experience
- Proven lease-up experience with a successful track record
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience with lead generation, follow-up, and lead management
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Experience processing rental applications and qualifying applicants
- Vacancy management experience
- Experience conducting move-in inspections
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct property tours
- Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
- Process rental applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reports
- Coordinate move-ins and conduct move-in inspections
- Monitor vacancy status and assist with occupancy goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
