Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity.

Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with residents, property staff, and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
