Our Story
The From the Hearth Journey began in 2008 in Redding California. We started in a small, artisan sourdough bakery selling product door to door and at local farmers markets. With an innate excellence and a desire to grow in our community we have since expanded our company to include four Kitchen and Pie Shops and two Pie Shop drive-thru kiosks. We would love it if you would join us on our next great adventure!

Responsibilities
All team members choose to be responsible for:
- Delivering an excellent experience to our guests, fellow team members, management, and local vendors
- Crafting a unique and memorable product for our new and regular guests
- Upholding the high operational standards of Kitchen and Pie Shop
- Working on personal and professional growth and development with a team of like-minded people
Culinary Team
- Treat all guests and fellow team members with respect and kindness
- Complete knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Continuously hone in culinary skills including knife work, cooking methods, quality, and speed
- Ability to communicate and work well with fellow culinary team members
- Take pride in each and every meal that we deliver to our guests
- Clean and organize our kitchen line, food preparation and storage areas
- Uphold our high food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Prioritizing FIFO and pushing for a zero waste restaurant

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
