Fayetteville Dodge Ram is looking to hire an experienced Automotive Technician and a Diesel Mechanic for our busy shop. Applicants must be proficient in Chrysler Engine and Transmission overhaul/replacement along with all other aspects of automotive diagnosis, repair and maintenance. The right applicant will have the ability to communicate well with others and pass on knowledge to less experienced technicians. Come join our team!!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.
- Assist and guide technicians in diagnoses and repair as needed
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Help with keeping the shop clean
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- NYS Inspection license
- Minimum 5 years automotive repair experience. Chrysler preferred but will train.
- Ability to communicate with technicians and advisors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
