Locally owned, custom cabinet shop, in Oberlin is seeking a fulltime spray booth finisher to join our growing team in our newly expanded shop. We are looking for candidates that have direct or related experience that would allow them to quickly integrate into our team. We offer local Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week, work that is very stable throughout the year. Hourly wage is based on experience and knowledge of spray booth operations, equipment, and finishing abilities. Benefits include medical, retirement with company match, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Immediate start for the right motivated individual.
Applicant must:
Ø Have a pleasant demeanor and work well with others

Ø Have the ability to work within a deadline
Ø Be able to read a tape measure to the nearest 1/32”
Ø Have a valid driver’s license
Ø Have reliable transportation
Ø Pass a drug test and background check
Ø Have a steady and consistent job history
Ø Be able to read a blueprint / shop drawing / or cabinet layout
Ø Have previous painting, spray booth, or finishing experience
