Location: Abilene, TX - CDL - Class A REQUIRED
What You'll Do
Safely operate a hydrovac truck to locate and excavate around underground utilities
Use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to expose lines and remove debris
Drive to and from job sites with a Class A CDL truck
Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
Work outdoors year-round in a variety of environments
Take pride in work that protects vital infrastructure and keeps crews safe
Maintain all industry required qualifications
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
High School Diploma or GED
Class A CDL with clean driving record
Experience with vacuum trucks, hydro excavation, or construction preferred
Strong focus on safety and teamwork
Willingness to perform physical labor and work outdoors

Work Environment
Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Legal Stuff

Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required
