The Customer Service Associate provides a best-in-class experience for our customers by offering assistance, providing fast accurate cashiering duties and answering questions while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer

Greet customers and assist them with product selection and product information

Replenish, arrange, fold/straighten merchandise on the floor

Operate the cash register while following cash handling procedures

Assist with floor moves and inventory counts

Keep the store, register area, and stock areas clean and organized
*Other duties and responsibilities as directed
Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred

Previous cash handling experience preferred

Ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers

Self-motivated outgoing person

Strong multitasking skills

Stays calm under pressure and can handle busy rush periods in store

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
