Polsinelli is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to support our Denver office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Regional Marketing and Office Managing Partners (OMPs) to develop and execute the office’s strategic direction while ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall marketing objectives and practice-specific initiatives. The Regional Marketing Specialist will also lead and coordinate Polsinelli’s marketing and public relations efforts in the Denver metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will be located in our Denver office.
- Serve as marketing lead to assigned office
- Manage the office marketing budget and lead the development of a local marketing strategy in partnership with the OMPs and Director of Regional Marketing that supports the firm’s strategy within the assigned metropolitan markets
- Monitor local business activity, emerging industries, investment trends and economic development to identify strategic market opportunities and support business development initiatives aligned with firm-identified growth areas
- Champion the Polsinelli brand and strengthen the firm's presence in the market(s) by cultivating strategic community relationships, enhancing local visibility, and supporting office culture initiatives
- Work closely with the PR team to identify and coordinate local public relations opportunities, including rankings, surveys, award submissions, directories and other initiatives that enhance the firm's visibility and reputation in the market
- Participate in regular meetings with the Department Marketing Managers to understand practice goals and opportunities in assigned markets
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend sponsorships, speaking engagements, leadership opportunities and community partnerships while monitoring competitor activity to uncover business development opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's priority practices, key industries, competitive landscape, and target clients within the market(s), including top existing clients and prospective clients
- Coordinate office and community engagement events (social and sporting) and sponsorships that will generate leads and partnerships with attorneys
- Attend regular shareholder and committee meetings to ensure consistent and effective communication on issues and provide support for opportunities relating to marketing and brand awareness
- Lead the office marketing onboarding experience for new attorneys by coordinating headshots, introductory meetings, and personalized integration plans that align with each attorney's practice, business development goals, and local networking opportunities
- Partner with the Events team to develop targeted invitation strategies and ensure a consistent, data-driven approach to local events and sponsorships that supports local business development efforts
- Coordinate event logistics and post-event follow-up, including attendee engagement, lead tracking, ROI analysis, and recommendations to improve future programs
- Maintain CRM and marketing data to support relationship management, pipeline tracking, and ROI reporting
- Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and similar platforms) to enhance daily marketing workflows, generate content, streamline processes, and identify data-driven opportunities for regional growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client-facing initiatives, internal programs, and attorney engagement efforts, including the Women's Empowerment Committee (WEC), Summer Associate Program, Associate Committee, and other firmwide initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum (5) years’ law firm experience
- Ability to work outside of regular office hours, and a flexible schedule and means to travel as needed
- Takes ownership of firm-wide strategic initiatives as assigned

- Demonstrated ability to generate a range of solutions that meet goals and identify the benefits, costs, and risks associated with each solution

The budgeted salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
