Reliant Pest & Wildlife is a family-owned, local company serving the Triangle for over a decade. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a warm, driven Customer Service & Sales Representative to be the friendly voice of our company and help us grow.
About the Role:
This is a combined role — you’ll keep our customers happy AND help grow the business. You’ll answer calls, book jobs, and turn one-time customers into loyal year-round customers. If you love people and love the win of closing a sale, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls, texts, and emails quickly and warmly
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up on leads and quotes — turn callers into booked jobs
- Convert one-time and seasonal customers into year-round recurring plans
- Cross-sell our services (mosquito, pest, bundles)
- Take payments and keep accounts current
- Ask happy customers for reviews
- Keep our schedule full and our office running smoothly

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
