About Us
G&R Industries is a well-established service company specializing in professional draft beer line cleaning for bars, restaurants, breweries, and venues across New Hampshire. Our clients count on us to keep their draft systems clean, compliant, and pouring perfectly. We're a small, tight-knit team where reliability and quality work are noticed and valued.
About the Role
As a Draft Beer Line Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to client locations on a recurring service schedule to clean and maintain draft beer systems. This is hands-on, independent work — once trained, you'll manage your own daily route and represent our company face-to-face with clients.
No prior beer line experience required — we provide full paid training. Experience in draft systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, or other hands-on trades is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled cleaning of draft beer lines, faucets, couplers, and FOBs at client locations following company procedures and industry standards
- Inspect draft systems for leaks, worn components, and performance issues; report or repair as needed
- Maintain accurate service records for each visit (locations serviced, work performed, parts used)
- Drive company vehicle between client sites on an assigned daily route
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with bar managers, owners, and staff on site
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean, stocked, and in good working order
- Flag upsell or repair opportunities (line replacements, part swaps) to the office
Availability & Schedule Requirements
- Must be available early mornings, typically starting between 4:30 AM – 5:30 AM, as most cleanings are done before bars open
- Monday–Friday; occasional schedule flexibility needed to accommodate client requests
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Some routes involve significant drive time between locations
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — you'll be driving a company vehicle daily)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces (walk-in coolers, basements, behind bars)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented — clients depend on consistent service
- Smartphone for scheduling, route, and service documentation apps
What We Offer
- Paid, hands-on training — learn a specialized trade
- Company vehicle for routes
- Consistent, year-round work (draft systems need cleaning every two weeks, in every season)
- Independence — no one looking over your shoulder once you're trained
- Health Insurance
