Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Receive and process returned goods
- Inspect returned items for damage or defects and determine appropriate disposition
- Stock returned products accurately onto pallets.
- Prepare items for resale, recycling, or disposal following company protocols
- Assist with put away & receiving tasks to support order fulfillment goals
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is advantageous
- Ability to operate RF scanners and order pickers accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk,
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in stocking and inventory control
