Duties
- Work company-provided leads fast and professionally — speed to lead wins deals
- Knock doors in storm-hit neighborhoods and active job sites to generate your own opportunities
- Build a referral network with past customers, insurance agents, and neighborhoods you've worked
- Inspect roofs, document damage, and build winning proposals
- Handle insurance claims and work directly with adjusters (Xactimate training provided)
- Present financing options and close deals at the kitchen table
- Manage each project from signed contract through final walkthrough
- Coordinate with production crews, suppliers, and customers to keep jobs on schedule
- Track every job in AccuLynx and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Deliver a 5-star experience on every project — our reputation is everything
- Respond to storm events with urgency (24/7 emergency response)
Skills & Qualifications
- Hustle, grit, and a willingness to do what it takes
- Coachable and competitive — you want to win
- Strong communication skills — can build trust fast with homeowners
- Comfortable on a roof and comfortable at a kitchen table
- Self-motivated and organized — leads help, but you drive your own income
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Roofing, construction, solar, or in-home sales experience is a plus (not required — we'll train the right hustler)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with AccuLynx, Xactimate, or CRM tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 – $150,000+ first year for reps who work it (top reps exceed $200K)
- W2 base pay + 1099 commissions and performance bonuses
