Host / Hostess
Our hosts are the first impression of Birdies. You'll welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, manage reservations and seating, communicate with the dining room team, and help create a smooth, memorable experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile
- Manage reservations and wait lists
- Coordinate seating for the best guest experience
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions
- Maintain an organized host stand
- Work closely with managers and servers to keep service flowing efficiently
