Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. This is a part-time day shift position (20-30 hours per week) with the distinct opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, moving, and organizing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks.
- Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse floor.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is helpful but not required.
Physical and Equipment Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Prior forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Willingness to complete company-provided off-site forklift training.
