Small real estate firm is seeking organized, efficient and dependable Assistant Property Management, Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper for immediate employment ALL IN ONE!
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Property Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and coordinate outside superintendents and maintenance staff
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships; coordinate repairs and service contracts
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure properties are well-maintained
Executive Assistant
- Independently manage daily office operations, filing systems, and administrative workflows
- Handle personal and business affairs for the principal with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Draft and manage correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups across multiple priorities
Bookkeeping
- Maintain and reconcile multiple QuickBooks files and bank accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform credit card reconciliations and monthly close procedures
- Prepare financial reports as needed for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or a closely related field — required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up discipline
- Professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle — required

Mon–Fri, 9am – 6pm. Office located in Rego Park, Queens.
