Customer Service Representative – Inbound Calls | Part-Time
$17–$30/hr Paid Training Monday–Friday No Weekends
Hours: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM | Approximately 30 hours per week
Location: Smyrna, GA – Near The Battery / Truist Park

You don't need years of call center experience to succeed here.
We're looking for people who are dependable, comfortable talking with others, willing to learn, and bring a positive attitude to work every day.

What Does the Job Look Like?
Our representatives speak with customers who call us to learn more about the services we offer.
There is no cold calling.
During a typical shift, you'll:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Explain our trial services and answer questions
- Help customers determine the right next step
- Enter information accurately into our computer system
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive team
