We are hiring for two full-time roles:
- Landscape Team Member (Installation & Construction)
- Lawn Maintenance Team Member (Route & Property Care)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Landscape Team
- Hardscape & landscape installation
- Grading, drainage, planting, excavation
- Operating skid steers, mini-excavators, loaders (experience preferred)
- Reading plans and executing projects efficiently
- Maintaining organized job sites and equipment
Lawn Maintenance Team
- Professional mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
- Shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups
- Operating zero-turn mowers and maintenance equipment
- Maintaining truck and equipment cleanliness
- Delivering consistent, detail-oriented results
Both teams may assist with snow operations in winter.
What We Expect
- Minimum 1 year of labor, landscaping, or relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong pace, physical stamina, and attention to detail
- Professional communication with team and customers
- Ability to follow systems and use mobile job tracking software
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position.
