Experienced Maintenance & Construction Technician Wanted
We are seeking an experienced, dependable worker with a strong background in maintenance, construction, and painting. Candidates with five or more years of trade experience are preferred.
Our company maintains several high-end HOA communities and also completes medium- to large-scale painting projects, bathroom remodels, and a wide variety of repair and improvement work. One week you may be painting crosswalks, installing stop signs and mailboxes, and the next you could be completing finish work, repairs, or assisting with a remodel. If you're a well-rounded tradesperson who takes pride in doing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Professional appearance (company shirts and hats provided upon hire)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to collaborate with other technicians on best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required – no exceptions)
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds, work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Experience with basic carpentry, drywall repair, caulking, tile work, and general maintenance practices is preferred
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, and project instructions accurately
- Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision are essential
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized job site and properly care for company tools and equipment
- Experience operating common hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely is preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a variety of maintenance and construction tasks

Compensation is negotiated during the interview process, based on experience and character.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
