Position Overview
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate questions related to their insurance coverage while delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist clients with questions regarding insurance products and services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up and client support
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage client information
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze client concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow agency procedures and compliance requirements
Qualifications Required
- Active Florida 2-15, 2-40, Insurance License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work in-office in Fort Lauderdale
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Call center experience
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Sales or client retention experience
