Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with federal and state laws.
- Provide compassionate, exceptional counseling to patients regarding their medications, potential side effects, and general wellness.
- Administer immunizations and medications safely.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining tight controls on controlled substances.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and resolve prescription discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Michigan (in good standing).
- Skills: Proven expertise in patient service, medication administration, and inventory management.
