Lakeview Building Services is looking to connect with experienced commercial window cleaners and high-access cleaning technicians for upcoming work throughout Greater Philadelphia, the surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, and New Jersey.
We are a growing commercial building services company focused on window cleaning, post-construction cleaning, exterior building cleaning, pressure washing, high dusting, and specialty access work.

Position Type
Part-time / project-based to start, with the opportunity for more consistent work and potential full-time employment as Lakeview Grows.
Pay
$25-$32 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and certifications.
Top pay is available for proven commercial window cleaning, lift operation, high-access, rope descent, or crew leadership experience.
Experience We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates may have experience with:
- Commercial window cleaning
- Exterior and interior glass cleaning
- Traditional mop and squeegee work
- Water-fed pole systems
- Post-construction window cleaning
- Lift work / aerial lift operation
- Rope descent systems or high-access window cleaning
- Pressure washing or exterior building cleaning
- High dusting or high-access interior cleaning
Lift certification is a strong plus. Rope descent experience is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial window cleaning and related exterior/interior cleaning work
- Clean glass, frames, sills, ledges, doors, entrances, and other assigned surfaces
- Support post-construction window cleaning and final cleaning projects
- Safely operate or work around lifts, ladders, water-fed poles, and other equipment as qualified
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with team members, customers, property managers, and site contacts
- Help protect finished surfaces, customer property, and surrounding work areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Requirements
- Prior commercial window cleaning or high-access cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to different jobsites
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, climb, and work on your feet
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Lift certification preferred
- Rope descent experience preferred
- A criminal background check may be conducted after a conditional offer of employment, with an individualized assessment based on the applicant's specific record and the requirements of the position.
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
